Booking questions

How far in advance do I need to book?

Online bookings need to be at least 30 minutes ahead, and same-day bookings are welcome whenever a time slot is still shown. For a time that is no longer listed, message us on WhatsApp, KakaoTalk or LINE.

What times can I book online?

Online time slots run every day from 8:30 AM to 7:30 PM (Vietnam time). For any other time, message us and we will check for you.

Is hotel pick-up free?

Yes, for 2 or more guests who book in advance: a free round trip in Hoi An with a 90–120 min full body massage, a free one-way transfer with a 60 min full body or foot massage, and a free 2-way transfer between Da Nang (including South Hoi An) and the spa with any massage of 90 minutes or longer. Do I need to pay online?

No. There is no online payment — the booking form does not ask for card details.

How do I change or cancel my booking?

Reply to your confirmation email, or message us on WhatsApp, KakaoTalk or LINE with your name and booking time.

Can I book for a group?

Yes. Choose the number of guests (up to 40) and list the services for each guest. Groups of 4 or more adults get an extra 5% off our transfer offers.

What if my time is not available?

In the unlikely event of a schedule conflict, our team will contact you within 10 minutes (during business hours) to arrange the best alternative for your visit.
